Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Lunessa. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds and order cancellations are handled.

RETURNS

You may request an eligible return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused and unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and an authorised return address privately. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless required by applicable consumer law, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:

• Underwear, lingerie or hygiene-sensitive products with opened packaging
• Earrings or pierced jewellery
• Personalised or made-to-order products
• Gift cards
• Final-sale items
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery

These exclusions do not affect your rights when an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging where possible.

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law.

If we confirm that an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Lunessa will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required by law. Please retain your postage receipt.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at trumanangone5009@hotmail.com.

EXCHANGES

To obtain another size or product, request a return for the original eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our standard return process.
